His company has been erecting pre-engineered metal buildings in the Mid-Atlantic region for over 30 years. He has been inducted into the prestigious Pioneer Club associated with the MBCEA. Gino continues to grow with the Metal Building Industry by keeping up with the latest safety and industry standards.

Since her father, Gino Demyan, has owned the company since she was a little girl, she has grown up around the metal building construction industry. Sasha spent some time over the summers on the jobsites assisting in metal roof installations. She has been with the company since December 2001.

Martin Construction is a General Contractor who self performs erection of pre-engineered buildings. Barry grew up on a dairy farm near Gettysburg PA. He has been in business management for more than 20 years and has owned Martin Construction for 9 years. He is an advocate for establishing best practices, and believes that good training does not cost but pays.
